International Table tennis sub-junior player Jash Modi has proved that his talents don’t reside only in his sport but also in academics.
Jash has just passed his SSC Exams at the tender age of 14+ years with a whopping 93%.

After having passed his 8th standard last year, he decided to take a leap of faith and directly appeared for his 10th exams this year, and cleared the exam with flying colours.  He has not only saved one year of his educational career but also proved his academic mettle.

Jash is currently ranked 4 in India in the sub-junior boys age group.  He also won a silver medal in the World Junior TT Cadet championship in 2018 held at Oman plus he is the Bronze Medalist in Jordan’s World Table Tennis ranking tournament.
He was also declared the SGFI National Champion of 2019 in the Under-14 boys group.

Despite the Covid Lockdown , he has been following a grueling schedule of practicing TT daily for 3 hours, followed by 2 hours of fitness training and 30 minutes of meditation. And in between-all this he even found some time to study for his SSC exams.

Jash has a dream to represent India and win an Olympic Medal in Table Tennis, something which no Indian TT player has achieved so far. It’s a daunting task, but his dreams are powerful and he hopes to do this herculean task through sheer hard work and grit.
We wish him the best of luck for his future endeavors and here’s predicting that his is one name we are going to hear a lot more of in the coming years.
